Racial equity and inclusion is a top priority for the Water Resources Department. We want to insure that all staff are treated fairly and everyone has a safe, comfortable work environment. The first step in our process is to better understand our own department's successes and areas that need improvement. Please take time to reflect on the questions below. Be polite and answer honestly.
This is not for disciplinary purposes. If you have a specific incident or matter that needs urgent attention, please go to your supervisor.
The results of this survey are anonymous. We will release our general findings to everyone. In the future, we will provide more training opportunitites focusing on equity.

Be accountable by taking full ownership of actions and self. Display integrity (do the right thing) and embrace responsibility (do what you say you are going to do). Demonstrate our ethical standards. Apply acquired safety knowledge to care for self, teammates, and the community. Accept responsibility for mistakes, admit and reachout when help is needed.
